We want you to be completely satisfied with Commy.io. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment.
1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Commy.io for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
How it works:
- Request a refund within 14 days of your first payment
- No questions asked — we'll process your refund promptly
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
2. After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day refund window has passed, payments are final and non-refundable. This includes:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused features or reply credits
- Plan downgrades
We encourage you to fully evaluate Commy.io during your first 14 days to ensure it meets your needs.
3. Free Trial
We also offer a 14-day free trial on our Pro plan. This allows you to fully evaluate Commy.io before any payment is made.
During your free trial:
- You have full access to all Pro features
- No payment is charged until the trial ends
- You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged
Between our free trial and 14-day money-back guarantee, you have up to 28 days to decide if Commy.io is right for you.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window, contact us at:

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request (optional). We aim to process all refund requests within 24-48 hours.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all paid features until your subscription expires
- Your account will automatically revert to the free tier after expiration
Note: Cancellation is different from a refund. If you're within 14 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund instead.
6. Exceptions
Outside of the 14-day refund window, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to technical errors
- Extended service outages (more than 7 consecutive days)
- Charges made after a properly submitted cancellation request

Note: All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are subject to Paddle's processing times and policies.

If you have questions about a charge or your subscription, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
